Welcome to your Old Orchard Beach summer home base — a relaxed, family-friendly retreat just a half-mile walk from the beach.
Tucked into a classic Old Orchard Beach neighborhood, this home sits in a closely knit seaside community where cottages and beach houses sit side by side. Despite the neighborhood’s cozy density, the setting is quiet — and just behind the home you’ll find a beautiful pine-lined pavilion space that adds a peaceful, coastal Maine backdrop to your stay.
Inside, the main level offers an open-concept living room and kitchen — an easy gathering space after a sandy beach day. Natural light fills the space, and the layout makes it simple to cook, relax, and spend time together.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, Keurig and drip coffee makers, and a wide variety of cookware, bakeware, dishes, and utensils. We also provide everyday basics like dish soap, laundry detergent, K-cups, salt, pepper, oil, and sugar — the little things that make vacation living easier.
Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 6)
Upstairs, you’ll find:
- A primary bedroom with a king bed, vaulted ceilings, and skylights that bring in soft morning light
- A second bedroom with a queen bed — cozy and practical for kids, friends, or additional guests
On the lower level:
- A private bedroom with its own sitting area and en-suite bath — offering a bit of separation and quiet retreat space
- A full-size washer and dryer with laundry pods provided for convenience
Each bedroom includes a Smart TV and Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, making it easy to unwind after the beach or enjoy a slower morning indoors.

Quaint, cozy & clean! This adorable beach cottage was perfect for my family (including 2 young toddlers). Hosts are beyond accommodating, responsive and Informative. Great location close enough to OOB but far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle. You can see the ocean from the porch! We enjoyed a drive to Pine Point, and recommend the Cinnamon Buns at Ocean Park Grocery down the road. Book now!

A comfortable and well equipped house with close proximity to the beach and area attractions. The parking situation can be a bit tricky to navigate if there is more than one vehicle but this would be the only minor drawback to the property. Owners were very responsive and available if needed. We had a great stay and a great vacation!
