Recently renovated two-family home with ocean views from the kitchen, living room, 4-season porch, bathroom, and master bedroom. All new Midea AC units throughout, installed July 2023, totaling 24,000 btu’s!
This second-floor cottage has all new stainless steel appliances, washer/ dryer and a jacuzzi tub. Included are two off-street parking spots, and a large fenced-in backyard with private patio with seating for 6 and a propane grill.

The rental was very nice big yard. Outdoor cookers were good patio actually two in the yard. The place was clean well stocked with amenities nice view of the ocean. The flight itself was very clean all in all. I would tell friends about it.

Excellent family stay. Backyard is nice and shaded, you can see the ocean from the house and amenities are great.

The ginormous yard and both units of this house provided all of our family plenty of room and enough space to not get sick of each other after 6 days

The unit was as expected and met our needs. We loved the yard as we were traveling with children. Did not appreciate the fact that the Amtrak ran Day and night 2 blocks away! The beach was extremely crowded as it was at the end of a very busy road. Overall a pleasant week. The owner responded promptly to a couple of concerns.
