Back Patio – brand new beautiful pavers. The fence and outdoor shower floor have been power washed since. This is a great private area, secluded from neighbors, to grill and hang out after the beach or when the sun goes down.

About this house rental

Our home has 4 bedrooms, a full and half bath and a private, roomy outdoor shower. Our three season porch has a day bed and trundle bed and the living room has a full size pull out couch with a comfy full sleeper mattress. All in all our home has 2 Queen, 3 full and 5 twin beds which can accommodating up to 14 guests comfortably.

Located a block and half from the beach in a quiet neighborhood yet very close to all OOB nightlife. The amusement park, mini golf and pier is a short walk.

Private backyard patio,custom bar height dining room table, 50″ flat screen with cable and wifi, 5 burner gas grill, washer/dryer, microwave, kuerig and traditional coffee maker, board games, beach toys, beach buggies, boogie & skim boards, etc..

We’ll see you at the beach…..

Staying here was very nice! Super cute, close to the beach the pier and palace playland! Chris was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Our family enjoyed our stay very much!

Nice place sleeping accommodations great for families. Our family enjoyed our stay. Walk to the pier is about 10-12 minutes. With shops, beach and restaurants. There is also a local store close to buy anything you may need.

Loved it. House is plenty big and clean, short walk (10 min) to the beach, quiet neighborhood. Outdoor shower is great! Only dings would be not much outdoor space (small patio area, no yard), and the basement could be tidied up a little (though honestly, the kids didn't really mind...). In general, great place for a week at Old Orchard for a good size group, 10 - 12 people. We had an awesome time!!!

This is a lovely home. It fit 10 people very comfortably. Nice quiet neighborhood. Close walk to the beach. Owner was very nice to work with.
