About this house rental
Looking for 5 college students each paying $550 per month or less students splitting the $2,750 monthly rental for the school year starting October 1, or possibly after Labor Day in September- May31. Each gets own furnished bedroom. Incudes all utilities and WiFi, snowplowing.
Summer info:
Large air conditioned home that can be easily shared with friends or multiple
families. 2.5 baths. Sleeps 12+.
This is a family friendly house and we are not looking to rent to High School graduates looking for a place to get together before going off to college.
Bedrooms: 1 queen bed in 4 bedrooms, 1 full bed in 1 bedroom, 1 double futon in upstairs hallway. Basement with 5 single beds is part of the rental if you chose, but may take in some water during serve thunder storms. Air conditioned home. Ceiling fans in every room. Master bath has 2 person jacuzzi! Free washer/coin op dryer, outdoor furniture, beach wagon, gas grill and bikes included. Room for 2 cars in the drive way and 2 cars in front of the house, and plenty of on street parking. A 10 minute walk to the beach. Pets considered! This is a bright, beautiful home. Wifi included!!!!!
Pillows and blankets are provided, but you will need to bring sheets and towels. Light housekeeping is also required at the end of your stay. Although we do sanitize between renters, we do ask that you leave the house clean. Cleaning supplies are also provided.
There is paid parking at the end of my road for the beach!!!!
This is a yearly rental and is available for the college school year from 4th week of August-May 31. Contact me for a great college rental for 5 students. House is furnished and all utilities paid.

We have stayed a few times at this property. It has plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen/living room area has plenty of space.

The size of the house and layout is perfect we were able to walk down to the pier, or drive. When it wasn’t raining, we were able to sit outside and have a small fire. We really enjoyed each other’s company in this very comfortable space. Beds were also comfortable and there was plenty of hot water! Great memories for 2023.

It was clean, great location, we liked the 2 fridges! Air conditioners in all the rooms were a huge plus. Beach chairs were super appreciated; communication was spot on.
