The main house was completely renovated in 2017, this 6 bedroom 5 bath house was featured in Rehoboth Art League's 2018 Cottage Tour is available for limited weeks Summer 2026.
The main house has 6 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms
First Floor consists of Gourmet kitchen with large island area for food prep and dining. Kitchen area has Thermador appliance and 2 dishwashers, dining area, 3-season front porch, large living room and 2 bedroom and 2 baths. Beautifully landscaped back yard with pool, large outdoor seating/dining area and gas grill. Second floor has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, laundry area. Escape to the 3rd floor living area that also can be used as 6th bedroom.
Currently rented separately is a garage apartment (VRBO listing # 3560816) it was completely renovated in 2023 and consists of 2 queen bedrooms, full bath and open floor plan living room and kitchen with large island. Additional garden seating area with gas grill.
There is off street parking for 3 cars and 1 City of Rehoboth parking pass

Truly a beautiful place to stay with all of the amenities. The kitchen is a chefs kitchen and we made meals daily. The pool and backyard are a sanctuary. The walk to the beach is brief and enjoyable. Very close to shops and Rehoboth Avenue. We are already making plans to come back next year!

Rehoboth Beach was an excellent spot for our family of 13. Lots of activities for all ages. Kids loved beach, boardwalk and house. Location was 10 minutes from beach and an easy walk day and night. Eight bdrms in two buildings was ideal for our group. Younger kids could crash away from noise of older ones. Pool was a nice add for kids after a morning at the beach.
No issues with house. Everything worked fine. Kitchen was well equipped with ample room for all of us at mealtime. Also lots of near by restaurants for dining out.
David was great. He was present for check in and check out.
We will definitely consider for next year’s beach week.

Our group had a fantastic time at this beautiful home. The kitchen was amazing and the outside space was beautiful with exquisite plantings and private pool. David, the property manager, was the best property manager we have ever had in all the 20+ years we have been renting in Rehoboth Beach. He was so responsive and friendly!

My extended family and I just spent a lovely week here. The house is comfortable, well maintained, and stylishly decorated. The patio and pool are fabulous. And David, the property manager, could not have been nicer or easier to reach.
