The modern, fully equipped kitchen and wet bar with a beverage cooler make meal prep effortless! The primary suite features a king bed, a private Gulf view, and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub and a separate shower for a spa-like retreat. The first and second guest bedrooms each have a comfortable king bed, while the third guest bedroom includes two double beds. For additional sleeping options, the unit offers two queen sofa sleepers.
With ample room for up to 12 guests, The Colonnades 1801 provides a spacious and stylish setting for your unforgettable beach getaway.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

Very, very, good.... We have stayed in Gulf Shores many times and understand that it is almost impossible to get the sand off of the floors entirely and a lot of people are critical of cleaning staff, but we however are not, and this room was exceptionally well done, as usual... Very good job and we really enjoyed our stay as usual

Floor was still full of sand. Dishes had old food and grease in them. Had to pay an additional 150 for second and third vehicle parking passes which i was unaware of before booking. The door code we were given also didnt work. Condo was spacious and had a nice view.
