Our condo is perfectly situated on the 5th floor West corner with parking just steps from your front door!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 75” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 65" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the master, king in the 2nd bedroom, two Queens in the 3rd bedroom, one Queen and four twin bunked beds in the 4th bedroom for sleeping up to 14.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool that connects with a lazy river and water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, large jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Gulf Shores II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Stunning condo! Immaculate views, entirety of complex was super clean at all times. From the tallCeilings to the light fixtures, every single bed was comfortable, kitchen was spotless and had every kitchen utensil needed for staying in and cooking. The wet bar ice maker was the best ice maker ever, it made the ice so fast we never had to worry about running out. The views…. Ohhh the gorgeous views. Parking was the best ever as you park right outside your condo which makes unloading and loading a breeze. You will not go wrong on staying in this fabulous condo. We will be staying again for sure!

This condo was great for our family vacation. The room was steps from the parking deck which made checking in and out easy as well as getting to the car for errands or dinner. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed in each room and the kitchen. The kids loved the pool area and the walk to the beach was easy. The location was near everything we needed from groceries, coffee, ice cream and dinners.
