Our condo is perfectly situated on the 3rd floor East corner with parking just steps from your front door!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 75” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 65" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the master, king in the 2nd bedroom, two Queen beds and two just installed twin sized loft beds in the 3rd bedroom, two Queen beds in the 4th bedroom, a queen sized sleeper sofa and two twin rollaway cots for sleeping up to 18.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool that connects with a lazy river and water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, large jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Only complaint we had was lack of cooking pans, no griddle, or large skillets, our family group did most of our own meals, and spent alot of time scrubbing the non stick pans.We loved the perfect location to the pools and 3rd floor was perfect to keep a watchful eye on kids.Our third day brought a bus load arrival of about 30 teenagers, although they were respectful, they took over the pool and slides, and were quite loud when the many guests with little ones were trying settle in for bed, we would have booked a different date if we had known about a tournament going on. All in all, great vacation.

This condo was the perfect fit for our needs. We had 12 people stay with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and also be able to have your own space. The condo being on the 3rd floor was ideal for the grandparents that don’t/can’t do the beach, they were able to see the family on the beach and were actually able to talk to the ones that were in the pool/lazy river area. The kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. The separate ice maker was an added bonus. My husbands one suggestion was to put some kind of padding on the chairs & bar stools legs to help cut down on the scraping noise when pulling the chairs out. We would definitely book here again.

Our Spring Break week in the Condo was great. The property is new and is in excellent condition as one would expect. The condo itself is attractively decorated and modern. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of utensils and cookware. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and extra blankets and pillows. The TVs throughout are all large and easy to operate. Being on the third floor means you can park and walk directly to the condo, avoiding any wait for an elevator. Overall, completely pleased with our stay.
