CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

The units were exactly as presented in the photos. The Alabama getaway staff were very responsive. The location is simply beautiful. I would have no calms about coming back to the same units.

The check in was so easy. The place was great for four couples. The amenities were nice. We loved it and would gladly rent it again.

Great property. Great bedroom for the kids . Could have used more outdoor furniture placed to sit. Needed cabinet in laundry room.Had to buy salad bowl and larger cutting board. Staff very responsive. Little confusion on what we were to do with the flooding below us. Great time. Thank u

They say they double check everything before we check in. The patio door handle was loose finally came off, No icemaker that worked. They thought the refrigerator had an icemaker and the repair guy said it didn’t. It would be nice if you have a 13 person condo and only two cars and they haven’t un rented property. They let you buy one the parking spot from it.
