The unit was very clean. I did not realize it was in China town and the homeless and addicts all around when going outside was depressing. Finding the parking garage was difficult. could not get in the door once I arrived since phone lines were down and was a challenge in finally getting into the unit. Thank God one of the tenants assisted me otherwise I would have been in trouble.

Nice property with some fixtures requiring minor maintenance but overall very comfortable and spacious for 3 of us. Everything was very clean. Few nearby streets had a very visible homeless presence at night but never felt threatened. Good dining options in nearby streets.

This condo was wonderful! Clean, safe and Jay was easy to get a hold of. We wanted a central location and this was the perfect spot for us. Highly recommend!

Interesting neighbourhood. Easy walk to gastown. Rooftop View is great.
