About this apartment rental
Enjoy your stay at our newly & tastefully furnished condo in Downtown Vancouver. Plenty of amenities just a short walk away such as Skytrain (rapid transit), bars, restaurants, grocery, theatre, etc. Enjoy spectacular mountain views from the 8th-floor balcony or on the 11th floor wrap around rooftop patio.
This new modern building with a spacious layout with a patio that overlooks the downtown skyline along with the beautiful North Shore Mountains. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo - separated by the living room and kitchen - giving privacy to each bedroom. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and utensils you'll need plus we have coffee, a coffee maker, a french press, a blender, etc. The dining table has seating for 4. 55" smart TV w/ basic cable in the living room along with a Sonos wifi speaker. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, 43" smart TV w/ basic cable, and an ensuite bathroom. The secondary bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a 40" smart TV, and a large closet.
With an automated check-in process, you can be in our unit in a breeze. You have exclusive use of the entire condo during your stay. We have free secured parking underground on P2, stall #16. You can also use the rooftop patio on floor 11. If you need to park a visitor vehicle you can request a visitor pass from our property manager Julia through the app or by phone - the maximum stay for a visitor vehicle is 30 hours in a 7-day period.

Downtown Vancouver's historic Chinatown neighborhood is an up-and-coming trendy spot for bars and
restaurants. 9-minute walk to the Main Street Skytrain rapid transit station that will get you all around Vancouver and the lower mainland's surrounding suburbs.
You can bring your car and park for free. You can walk around everywhere, bike, or take a taxi/rideshare around the city. Bus stops and Skytrain is close by.

Chinatown is still a safe location with many trendy spots and easy walking/biking/transit access around the city.

The air conditioner which was set up to exit the sliding door was not stable and you couldn’t completely shut the slider.

We stayed here for two separate trips for the world cup. The location is amazing for events at BC Place! Just a quick walk down the street! The apartment itself is comfortable, has kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms just as advertised. We had no issues with the folks on the street, yes there are many in this area- a few in the parking alleyway but not as many on our block as Hastings. We appreciated the heads up the host provided prior to our arrival so we weren't surprised. When we booked it was listed as AC and Parking space in the name and those were reasons we booked. The parking spot is is for small cars only. It seemed to be the smallest spot in the row, and had another car right next to it. We didn't see that in the listing and luckily our car fit but it would have been nice to know before booking because we had almost brought a car that would not have fit. Communication was easy and detailed, there were a lot of instructions but they made sense and were easy to follow. I appreciated that they installed the AC for our use for the second trip but I would recommend an updated unit. It was not very effective.

No issues with the apartment or host, had some check-in issues but that was our own fault. Really just surprised with how bad the homeless/drug-abuse situation was in that area of Vancouver. Did not expect to have to worry about keeping drug addicts out of the building. I guess all cities have these issues to a certain extent, but I was just surprised by the extent of it in this area of the city.

Clothes dryer heats up but does not dry clothes (venting issue?); Shower stopper needs repair; Parking spot too small for minivan (note from property manager.. move vehicle); many homeless drug users out front and in parking alley (disconcerting); convenient location for concert; mattress okay; fancy looking; quiet inside.
