In-suite laundry makes longer stays easy, and there's air conditioning for warm days and heating when it cools off. Step out onto your private balcony for morning coffee, or head up to the building's rooftop terrace, where lounge seating and a fire feature look out over the downtown skyline and the North Shore mountains.
Outside the door you're in one of Vancouver's most characterful neighbourhoods: steps from Main Street and Chinatown's restaurants, cafes, and shops. BC Place, Rogers Arena, and Science World are a short walk away, along with the Stadium-Chinatown SkyTrain, and it's an easy stroll to Gastown and the False Creek seawall, with Strathcona close by. Perfect if you're in town for a game, a concert, or just exploring the city.

Temperature iverall was great altho 3rd.bedroom off of entrance did get warm ? As no windows or seoarate ventilation. Could not find a thermostat.
