This property was perfect for our needs. It is quiet, immaculately clean, comfortable and secure. Although it is just a short distance from Knight St and Kingsway, the street it is on is very peaceful. It is a short walk to a number of restaurants, coffee shops, a Save-On, and of course easy access to the major routes for driving or transit. The check in process was very clear, the hosts rapidly responsive to queries, the unit was well stocked with linens, dishes and cutlery, and the wi-fi easy to log into. There was no problem finding on street parking. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautifully updated basement apartment that packs a lot into a small space. A for cleanliness. The owners were very helpful and provide great little perks, like wireless chargers in all rooms. Nice neighborhood - parked right in front of the house nearly every day of our stay. Probably not the best choice for tall folks due to the low ceiling, but we're short so no problem for us!

The property was only a short ride 15-20 min to city center. . Very well equipped kitchen, bath & comfortable beds , fluffy towels , big TV. Everything you would need for a comfortable stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was lovely with beautiful tree lined streets. The house was well maintained and hosts were friendly. We liked the little touches, like the chips, kitchen had everything you needed even with some dried food.The bathroom even had soap, shampoo, blowdryer and feminine products. Lots of extra sheets and towels. Books to read and all the tourist info at the door. We did notice the floors weren't level, so be careful if you're having a couple of drinks.

Our overall stay at this house was nice. The house was clean and inviting. This is a small place with two bedrooms but certainly met all of the needs of our trip. The owners were coming home from Germany, which made communications more difficult but they responded to questions before our trip in a timely manner and after their return. The location made it an easy drive to wherever we wanted to go. The guys on this trip were 6’ and 6’1” tall any taller and we may have had to put our head down.

Very nice basement apartment! Was clean and comfortable and perfect for our visit. The host was very friendly and accommodating. We were very glad we rented a car as the places we wanted to visit were a ways away. All in all, a great place!

Well appointed basement apartment (didn't realize it was a basement in the description... maybe I missed it, or maybe it wasn't stated... not sure)... Had everything we needed. Access is through backyard with children's play toys... Very clean... though towels smelled a little dank to me (very sensitive sense of smell!)... *Very servicable* would be my pared down description.

We had medical appointments for most of our stay and this location was right in the middle of everything! The suite was cozy and comfy! Our children shared a room! My husband is quite tall and the shower was a little tight for him but he made it work! The hosts were quick to respond if we had any questions and were very friendly when we spoke with them! Overall this VRBO was great and I would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our time here. The property is beautiful with four of us. It was a little tight, but we made it work and it was lovely. We walked around the neighborhood into a restaurant or two some days and on other days we would take rideshare further away to explore. The host were very receptive and communicative. Overall we had a wonderful experience.
