The space features 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms located downstairs. Upstairs offers large living space. 1.5 bath and sun room overlooking the saltwater pool and hot tub.
Beach access is at your fingertips with a quick bike ride, drive or shuttle to Shipyard's private access to the beach.

Excellent response from property manager for any repairs we needed. Went out of his way to get a nice gas grill for us and reboot the TV.
