This is our third year renting Coligny Villa 8. The location is wonderful. It is close to the beach and Coligny Plaza. Love having the pool right out our back door. If I had a complaint, it is that the living room furniture needs to be upgraded. Not the same furniture as in the picture. It is very uncomfortable.

The management company was excellent but we had several challenges. The electric lock on the front door didn’t function properly. Difficult to open which was frustrating. Management did send help and batteries were replaced but maintenance man did notice that the lock didn’t line up properly. It still didn’t function properly. The outside storm door didn’t line up,so it would not close. The rear patio sliding door was missing a screen. The interior was remodeled but the exterior could use some attention.
