CASA DE L'ARTISTA - CAN ROCA is a beautiful and charming house located in the heart of the historic center of ALCÚDIA and less than 1 km from the PORT D'ALCUDIA beach, the longest in Mallorca. This historic house dating from the beginning of the century is located in one of the most charming streets within the old town of Alcúdia, carrer de la Roca.
From the first moment the entrance impresses with a large arcade of seas that welcome guests to this large typical Mallorcan house, of about 180 square meters, a perfect setting to enjoy a quiet and relaxed vacation.
On the ground floor we are welcomed by a huge hall with different environments, a reading corner, a comfortable sofa area with a 50 "Smart TV where you can enjoy national and international satellite channels. From the living room we access the spacious dining room with fireplace and the kitchen fully furnished and equipped where you will find everything you need Direct access to the interior patio: a perfect place to enjoy a tasty Mediterranean breakfast or wonderful dinners.
On the first floor of the house we find two bedrooms with the possibility of an additional bed and a large central bathroom. One of the rooms overlooking the street, access to the hall with a full bathroom and another huge room called the artist, overlooking the interior patio. The latter was an artist's workshop.
The property is located just 100 meters from the main square of Alcudia, Plaça de la Constitució, where you can enjoy fantastic restaurants, cafes and Mediterranean style on its terraces.
The best beaches in Alcúdia are within walking distance, 800 m from Es Barcarés, 1 km from Puerto de Alcúdia beach, 2 km from Aucanada ....
It is also an ideal place for cycling or hiking routes.

We had a fantastic time in mid August in this beautiful holiday let, which is spacious, well equipped and so very central but still quiet. Comfortable beds in airconditioned bedrooms enabled good sleep despite the heat outside. Quima the owner made us feel very welcome, everything was clean and so generously proportioned. Really lovely modern decor. Alcudia is beautiful and locals beaches offered glorious turquoise waters brilliant for swimming and snorkelling. Went as a family,- children aged 7-14 really enjoyed themselves too! Thank you, Quima!
