La amplitud del alojamiento y de las habitaciones para 5, que dos de las tres habitaciones tuvieran dos camas individuales cada una, lo que permite alojar hermanos o amigos sin necesidad de compartir cama, la atención y amabilidad del anfitrión, la climatización en todas las estancias, poder disponer de una cocina completamente equipada con lavaplatos, lavadora...

Casa López is in a fantastic location in Alcudia Old Town. It’s so close to lots of wonderful restaurants and shops, but also in a quiet location, so you’re not disturbed. We absolutely loved exploring the local area! There’s lots to see and do. The accommodation was impeccably clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. It really felt like a home away from home. For reference, we stayed as a family of six, three adults and three older teenagers. We had more than enough space for us all. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the heat we experienced while we were there! Parking was available just outside the Old Town walls, only a five-minute walk away, which was great as we had rented a car. The beach is just a five-minute drive away, so it was really easy to get there. The host was great and available for any issues that may have come up (although, thankfully, we didn’t have any issues during our stay). We would 100% recommend staying at Casa López! We hope to come and stay again soon!

The only small suggestion we would have is regarding the bedding. We personally found the mattresses a little less comfortable than we’re used to, and the bedding felt slightly scratchy rather than soft. Perhaps a mattress upgrade and slightly softer, higher thread-count bedding could be considered in the future. That said, this certainly didn’t take away from our stay at all, it’s simply a small suggestion that we feel could make an already lovely stay even more comfortable!

Plenty of space overall across the floors. Comfortable in all rooms. Location very good for a week.

Maybe balconies would benefit from shade and some plants.

La casa era muy cómoda y amplia, con una buena ubicación en pleno centro histórico de Alcúdia. Está completamente equipada con cocina completa, sombrillas, aire acondicionado, etc. Además, el trato con Pedro fue impecable.

Por ponerle alguna pega, el check-out se nos hizo un poco temprano.
