Alcudia Boutique Apartments

Excellent stay! Clean apartment, great location, friendly staff, and a comfortable experience. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Great location, very spacious apartment. I was lucky enough to have a washing machine and the ac worked in the living room and the bedroom. The owner is extremely efficient and provided amazing and prompt service when there were issues.

Unfortunately the place suffered from horrendous sewage smells in the bathroom. The owner informed me it was out of their control as it was the drains but the smell was overwhelming. The owner was very prompt in offering me a different apartment but as it was not suitable he agreed to have the cleaners clean the bathroom whenever the smell got bad. They ended up cleaning the bathroom every other day and it just about kept the apartment live-able. The service from the owner and the cleaners was fantastic but beware the smell was very bad.

The staff is amazing and friendly

It is not sound proof! The walls are Gibson board and I could hear noise from the street, other rooms, cleaners, planes taking off and landing!
