Ca Na Serrieta is a beautiful house in the historic center of Alcudia, near the historic city walls. This house is completely renovated and located in the heart of the old town of Alcudia, just a few steps from its medieval walls and the local life offered by this emblematic Mallorcan town. A charming town a few kilometers from the coast.
This traditional Mallorcan house has a spacious terrace on the upper floor with four sun loungers, a "cocktail corner" and a shower, where you can refresh yourself after sunbathing and enjoy an aperitif. Another terrace on the ground floor is furnished with a dining table and a grill, where you can enjoy a large barbecue. There is a common room where you can play board games or table football. The house offers a small parking space where you can park your car.
The ground floor has a large living room with indirect lighting and Mares stone walls, where you can relax after a pleasant walk along the city walls and historic streets of this Mallorcan town.
In an open area without doors, there is a cozy dining room with a carefully decorated area where you can enjoy culinary meals with family or friends. In the spacious kitchen, you can prepare the local products offered at the Alcudia market on Tuesdays and Sundays. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher.
The house has the capacity to comfortably accommodate four people. Its two bedrooms have large double beds that guarantee restful rest. The house has two full bathrooms: one on the ground floor with a bathtub and another on the first floor with a practical floor-level shower, located next to the rooms. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and free wireless internet connection.

Really nice property with a great roof terrace. Owners were very quick to resolve a very minor issue we had. We would and probably will stay there again.

Minutes walk from the centre, within old town walls. Well designed with good outside space considering its central location.
Equipment and items supplied very limited and basic by today’s standards. Very slow Wi-Fi and no smart TV. No streaming or access to any English language TV. No parking at the house but plenty of free parking nearby but limited availability at busy times.
