About this apartment rental
Simple and at the same time comfortable and functional flat located on the 1st floor. It is a 60 m² flat consisting of hall, a multifunctional room that can be used as a playroom for children or work area, living room with dining area, a hall next to the kitchen with table and chairs where you can have breakfast or an informal meal, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
On the roof top there is a 50 m² private terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining and two hammocks for sunbathing or simply relaxing.
A walk through the pedestrian-friendly old town of this magnificent walled city is a journey into the past. You just have to walk and lose yourself in the narrow cobbled streets adorned with flower tubs full of historic buildings, mansions and churches that have preserved all the charm of times gone by, but at the same time the old town is rich in restaurants with terraces, cafés, shops and boutiques of all kinds where you can breathe in the true spirit of Mallorca, with a calm and serenity typical of the Balearic island. The village has various squares and very well-maintained gardens.
A good way to make the most of the day is to go out on a Tuesday or Sunday, when the traditional market takes place and it's worth taking a stroll through this authentic market. Stroll through the streets and discover charming corners.
Two kilometres away is the magnificent beach of Alcudia, which stretches for more than 3 km and offers plenty of open space and possibilities. Visitors are delighted by its fine, clean, white sand and turquoise warm, shallow waters.
In addition to the magnificent bay, Alcudia offers beaches to suit all tastes, from stunning coves hidden among cliffs and pine forests like S'Illot to small beaches of fine sand like Sant Joan and Sant Pere, Es Coll Baix and Aucanada.
This accommodation is ideal for a group of friends or a whole family.

Excellent central location. Nice private outside balcony. Very spacious apartment . Excellent facilities available.....wasbingvmachine, dishwasher etc. Steep stairs at the entrance may be an issue for some. Shower curtain need to be replaced and slight smell from the bath plumbing (which was negated by running the water at times)
