About this house rental
'Sant Vicenç' (Can Vicens) is a magnificent example of a historical Majorcan town house dating back to 1630, which was refurbished August 2012, revealing some of the architectural details of the time. Decorated with impeccable taste, Sant Vicenç is both very modern and cozy, spread over two floors. It can accommodate up to six adults.
Upon entering the house through a beautiful solid teak door, you are greeted by a spacious and bright living room with two sofas, a sofa bed for 2 persons, a coffee table and a television with satellite channels and a free Wifi. The adjoining room is a kitchen with dining area, equipped with all modern conveniences, including an electric oven and hob, and a six seater dining table (high chair also available).
Passed the dining room, you encounter the chill out zone, a semi-open room with a three-piece suite, music center, board games and access to the patio. This tiled exterior contains a barbecue, table and seats; perfect for soaking up the balmy Majorcan atmosphere. The ground floor also boasts a bathroom with a walk-in electric shower and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.
On the first floor we find 3 bedrooms. All of them have double beds and one has a bathroom ensuite and has access to a furnished terrace.

The house is located in the heart of Alcudia. Alcudia is a historic little village where the romas settled 2000 years ago. There are still ruins of their houses and an intact theater. The village is surrounded by medieval walls. In the old town you´ll be able to walk around the pedestrian roads discovering a great deal of little shops, coffe bars and restaurants.
Near Alcudia you´ll many beaches in the bay of Pollensa, just 500 meters away. There are sandy and stone beaches. Mallorca's largest sandy beach is Puerto de Alcudia, just 1 kilometer away. There you´ll find all types of Sport activities like windsurf, paddle surf, sailing, bottom glass boats, scuba... You´ll also find restaurants, cafes, boutiques... and also for the kids there are playgrounds, swimming pools, attractions... Nearby there are also banks, doctors, clinics, pharmacies.
The marina of Puerto Alcudia is also 1 kilometer away. There you can have a nice walk watching small traditional fishermen boats and modern luxury yachts. There´s also a handcrafts market set up every night, and some very good restaurants and cocktail bars. Nearby you´ll find the beach of Alcanada, one of the nicest beaches in Northern Mallorca.
If you are a nature fan, Mallorcas biggest Natural park, called S'Albufera and S'Albufereta are just a few km away. There are plenty of hiking routes in Aucanada, Bon Aire, La Victoria, Coll Baix...

Loved this apartment. Perfectly located in Alcudia Old Town. Close to all amenities and bus stops. Very spacious property housed 5 of us perfectly. Clean and tidy on arrival with plenty of extras considered(soap, washing up liquid, laundry tablets,shampoo etc). Very good communication by company and fabulous digital guide to assist stay was really helpful. Peaceful surroundings apart from when events on in local area-markets,music festival etc. Would definitely recommend this property and would return to stay here.
Very minor niggles which would improve-
An extra remote for the air con in single rooms as one missing. Used downstairs one as not available.
The holder for the shower downstairs to be fixed so didn’t have to hold the shower head whilst using.
Blankets in bedroom as only sheets on the bed. Nice to have option.

Lovely house in a great location in Alcudia Old Town, within walking distance to everywhere. Clean, hospitable, simple self check in and spacious. The listing was accurate. Any queries we had during our stay were quickly and helpfully resolved.
A few minor things are worth noting
— the bedrooms are on the first floor while the second bathroom is on the ground floor.
— the stairs are fairly steep and may be a problem for the very elderly or infirm.
— one switch on the electrical board had a habit of tripping a few times.
Overall a very enjoyable stay at Sant Vicenc and we would book it again.

My family and me liked everything in this house - location was perfect, just in the old town, contact with staff also great, no problems. House was big enough for comfortable stay for 6 people and kitchen had everything we needed - even fruit juicer! If we come back to Alcúdia we will definitely choose this house again!

The entire process and stay was excellent. Congratulations to BeBreeze for a problem-free stay!
Check-in was simple. The wifi QR code on top of the modem allowed easy access to the wifi and the connection / speed was good. The property was very well-maintained and clean. The property was reasonably secure and in a safe area. There was plenty of linen, towels, soap, toilet paper and cleaning equipment. The kitchen had plenty of cooking appliances.
Overall I was very happy and impressed - thank you.
Despite a great stay, there are always little things that can be improved.
- I couldn’t find any laundry clothes washing detergent (I had my own luckily).
- an information booklet or written notes on the coffee table explaining rubbish, television, heaters, caring for the plants, what to do at check-out, local grocery stores, restaurants and sites would have been useful.
- similarly, copies of the manuals for the oven, washing machine and clothes dryer would have been useful.
