Amazing stay in a perfect location! We were a short drive to everything! Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Nat’l park, everything was less than 15min. The cabin was super clean! We had an issue with a bed or two being loose, but management sent out a handyman quickly and fixed the problem. Communication was quick and responsive. Views were amazing! We saw bears in the front yard 3 out of 7 days. One of the highest homes in Chalet Village. Enjoyed the downstairs projector and the separate space for the kids to be together. We would definitely stay again!

I almost hate to leave this property a good review because I want to be able to stay here again and I want it to be available. It’s super convenient to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The place was spotless and they have thought of so much, especially if you have kids. There’s a baby gate on the stairs and they even have kid utensils.
