We came here with a group of 14, including 5 young children. The property was clean, updated and the views were spectacular. We enjoyed the many deck areas with varying views, the hot tub, fire pit, grill, and spacious kitchen area. The owner responded to my many questions typically within a couple minutes and was so helpful. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking to get away with a group, unplug and enjoy the many fun adventures this area has to offer.

I would give 10 stars to this place if I could !!! Unbelievable views, beautiful cabin, very clean, it has all that is needed to spend a great time. Finally, great host, our last day we got over 8 inches of snow and our host was very understanding and gave us the needed time for roads to be cleared so that we could check out. this house was fabulous. it was accurately described and accommodated 11 people just fine! including a massive kitchen that sat all of us at once so we could eat together (first rental house that we were able too). The beds were very comfortable, check in process was super easy. The game room/ movie room was where we spent most of our time!! loved the big screen so much we watched like 2 moves a night. it is super close to both downtown gatlinburg and pigeon forge. House was clean and check out was a breeze! we will be back next year for our yearly trip;)

We had really nice stay. House is very well equipped with everything you might need. It has very convenient location and is close to trails, city and stores. At the same time it is located in a calm and private neighborhood. House is not as advertised freshly renovated. It has plenty of things that doesn’t work or things that are broken. It wasn’t bothering us and we still enjoyed our stay but for that price and with such high deposit you expect better standard.

You can’t beat the view of the sun coming up from the top of the mountain where this home is nestled. I specifically woke up up early every day to watch it. Drink a coffee outside from any one of the MANY porches. Huge kitchen!! Tons of seating inside and out! Comfy beds! Jetted tub! Quick access to either Gatlinburg or pigeon forge, you’ll struggle to pick what to do with so many options!! If you do decide to stay in, you could spend an entire week indoors and be entertained the entire time. TVs in every room and multiple communal spaces. Just wait until you get downstairs! Corn hole, darts, billiards, a wooden train, and flat table arcade, and a movie theatre with 6 recliners?!?! We hooked up our game console to it and had a blast on the mega screen. Don’t be mislead, although it’s a projection it is really clear!!! It makes me want to go home and buy one set up just like this. Amazing audio as well. Rent this place and enjoy its top to bottom beauty!!!

Our family had a wonderful Christmas vacation together in Gatlinburg. The house was absolutely wonderful. Plenty of room for all 10; everyone enjoyed the game room, the kitchen is wonderfully well stocked, the views are stunning and one of the most level driveways in the subdivision. Phoebe has excellent communications; however we did not need her during our stay as everything was perfect. The reservation, check in and out were timely with very good instructions. We are already talking about next year. We hope to return to this home. The photos do not do the house justice! Thank you for sharing your home.

Phoebe was an amazing host and the property itself is top tier. Very spacious for myself and 5 other family members. The theater room was so much fun, they have everything you need and more down there. The views are breathtaking from wherever you are in/out of the house and the peace you get out there is unmatched. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of plates, bowls utensils, seasonings etc. We unfortunately, didn't get a chance to use the hot tub outside, however, we did utilize the fire pit and I must say that was probably the best night we had out there. All in all you will not be disappointed with this beautiful property, we'll definitely be returning in the near future!

The communication with the host was absolutely wonderful. We had some trouble with our hot tub and after a few days it was fixed. Our concerns were as follows: Not enough towels and no dish cloths or dish rags. I did not bother the host with these small issues as we were requesting concerns with the hot tubs. I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the floors, and the up keep of the property. I wish more people treated the property with respect. Dings on the walls, stains on the white carpet and several towel hangers were off the walls. One last thing, that cannot be changed...there is no bathroom in the basement area where the pool table is located and only one general bathroom upstairs for three bedrooms. There is a master, but that could not be shared with the other bedrooms. Just something to note. Oh, and one more unique feature that we were surprised to see was a very large bolder in the basement are room. Strange but unique. It is a beautiful place that just needs a little attention.

Paige is the best VRBO host I’ve ever rented from! She was accommodating and super responsive!!! The house was gorgeous and the entertainment room was amazing…the theater was awesome, as was the arcade game!!! We had a great time even though it was rainy and crazy windy!! The pictures does not do this home justice! This place is absolutely gorgeous. We had 8 adults and all had more than enough room! Phoebe was wonderful, no issues at all! Most places have just “starter items” but not Phoebe, we didn’t need half the stuff we packed because she had it all! We saw bears ever single day at the house which was amazing! We will definitely stay here again or at least one of the 3 homes that Phoebe has. I would recommend staying here 100%!! My whole family thanks you Phoebe!!!

This place was amazing! The location was great! Great views of Gatlinburg and Mount LeConte and other surrounding mountains of the National Park. The house was in great shape just like the pictures. The space was plentiful for our group of 12 (7 adults, 5 kids 1-11y/o, and a dog). The beds were comfortable and the decor was very classy. The amenities were as they described them on the website. The hot tub was great! We used it quite a bit, which probably depleted the sanitation chemicals faster than usual, but the owner was great with communication and responded quickly to send someone to change the water and replenish the chemicals. The house was pretty well stocked with most of the comforts you might miss from home. Any trip is going to have little hiccups and shortage of this or that, but when some small things did come up, the communication and customer service from the owner/manager made up for it and then some!! They were prompt to reply to questions, very polite, quick to fix the issue, and checked back to make sure we were satisfied. Customer service is a big deal with these rentals and the owners here do an excellent job. If you want a great location with awesome views and a beautiful and comfortable place to hang out, then this is the place for you!

This was an incredible experience. The drive up to the property was part of the adventure. We woke up to little black bears directly across the street. Plenty of room. I texted the property owner with tons of questions and she was super fast to respond and so very helpful with our schedule. The game room was great for chill night, we had movie and popcorn. Overall, Phoebes place was a great house for a larger family to stay or entertain. The downstairs entertainment room brought everyone together for pool and fun…my son never wanted to leave it. The drive up the mountain was beautiful a little steep but after a few times we got used to it. Communication with the hostess was very prompt and quick. So that was great for a few minor issues. Thanks for the stay and I would stay at any of their rental properties again.

Everything about this property deserves more than the 5 star rating. The pictures actually don’t do It justice. Yea he fully stocked kitchen was complete with immaculate cookware and space to cook for large groups. It seems every space has a huge tv with Riku. The basement level was amazing. Our kids never left the projection screen or dart board unless we were headed to Gatlinburg for fun. There are 5 full bedrooms and one has 3 beds in it. Every inch of this house is complete and decorated amazing. Washer and dryer with a stationary tub/sink next to it. Espresso machine and comfy couches and chairs everywhere. We had 4 adults, 4 kids, and a dog, yet, there was always enough space and room to still get away and have privacy. Enough bathrooms and toilets for everyone. Absolutely top notch driveway with great space to park. And that’s a rare commodity with Gatlinburg cabin rentals. Beautiful jacuzzi and hot tubs. We fell completely in love with this property and would recomend it 10/10 to anyone else and we will surely be back.

The views from this property are truly unbelievable. I think that it took our breath away over and over again, every day we were there. Combine that with spotlessly clean and everything you could want, along with over the top wonderful communication, and you have a summary of our stay here. This host has thought of EVERYTHING! From the coffee to toiletry items to a stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need! Honestly, we had to book last minute and were a little hesitant to not be staying in a "traditional" more rustic, "in the woods" type cabin, as that was the experience we wanted. We have stayed in great cabins before and there are a lot of them in Gatlinburg area. However, this place was better than we could have imagined. The teens LOVED the game room/movie area with tons of fun arcade games (up to 4 players on the benches surrounding the game + cool LED lights you can turn on), pool table, foosball, movie seating with a huge projector to watch shows and movies on, plus tables and stocked shelves with board/card games to use, and darts! There was even a fridge downstairs in that area, as well as a rock fire place that could be turned on. The main living area had a huge kitchen and cozy area to sit and talk, watch TV, and look at the beautiful views. There was a deck off the kitchen with a rock fire table, which was so nice on a crisp evening to have drinks and watch the sun set over the mountains. The laundry room had detergent and had a toilet/sink, plus a full bathroom and a screened in deck/front porch with another long table and gas grill that we cooked on one night to make burgers. Upstairs the rooms were all very comfortable with amazing views, another sitting area with TV and another porch area to have coffee..with amazing views! The Master was spacious and had a comfy bed with soft linens. We slept like babies! Our cockapoo came with us and I think he enjoyed looking out the windows at the views as much as we did. I loved that it was pet friendly, but you would never know a pet had ever been there...no dog smells, hair, etc. Finally, the hot tub and deck are perfect for enjoying the incredible mountain view and we loved having a couple of fires in the fire pit in the evenings outside, as well. It is a steep, windy road up, but only took 7-10 min to get to strip with all the shops and restaurants and entrance to Smoky Mountain park. We even had Luigis pizza deliver to us one night- delicious! This will be our go to!
