The drive up to the house was a little sketchy because of inclines and single lane road but found a different route that was better. It rained a couple days and there wasn’t a rug inside the door to help wipe feet off. Didn’t like that I had to take toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, trash bags and dishwasher detergent. I have rented from other places that provide all those things. The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. However, the house was very clean and roomy. We really enjoyed the game room especially on the rainy days. The only other thing I would suggest is to have some kind of streaming service with the house and just do a password on the internet instead of filling out information to set it up.

Cabin views were amazing. Cabin comfortably slept all nine of us. Plenty of space. The roads up to the cabin were extremely steep for my large van.

Spent the weekend here with a church youth group while in Gatlinburg for a youth rally. The house is beautiful and well kept. Very well stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes and silverware. It needed a couple of pitchers for tea and lemonade- but very minor compared to some other places we've stayed. Plenty of tools to cook with and grill with as well as pots and pans. The host was very communicative prior to arrival. The property was available on time as promised. We appreciated the notification of what would be available and what we should bring with us. As for the views, they were beautiful! The kids loved the movie rooms, arcade games, and the pool table. The only complaint we had which is no fault of the host is that all the bathrooms are off of the bedrooms. There's not a common bath/ half bath on the main level that people can use... and it felt a little awkward for the kids sleeping on the pull out couches to feel like they were going into someone's room to use a bathroom. Weird floor plan thing, not a host thing.We were very happy with the stay and would recommend considering this property and its host.

I rated overall 3 due to house being beautiful with an amazing view. Bears were amazing to see everyday! As we are a big family it was accommodating for us all. The issue was we were charged for a pool stick that was already broken upon an our arrival. Second was the AC not working in the bedroom three. All week it was super uncomfortable to even be in there. After maintenance was called out the issue wasn’t fixed, it was still super hot in there. Downstairs sink was clogging up.
