Best experience ever, especially you will get a private ghat for bath and private Ganga Arti; they will take care of your wet clothes and provide you with bathrobes and fresh towels for Ganga Snaan at their private ghat. They have plenty of activities the whole day, special VR experience for Char Dham, flute music, Bhajan Sandhya along with henna art, welcoming and farewell with the mantras. Rooms were very clean and hygienic.

Truly a five star experience. All staff are very professional, well trained, polite & ready to help. Location is great. Breakfast & high tea are superb. Very clean and tidy accommodation. We had a short and wonderful stay. The room was ready when we reached late in the evening. Room was well stocked, clean and simply perfect for our 1 night stay. While i could not explore much of the activities or nearby areas. The whole experience was

I was very disappointed with the quality of services provided by the staff, particularly front office/reception staff. They did not seem to be well trained and professional in their approaches For example, I had to request them to arrange the welcome ritual and welcome drink for us. We had to wait to get the room even after reaching after 2 pm. They could not arrange a rented car in time for our travel to Rishikesh etc. etc. Only nice hotel building does not ensure appreciation from your guests. Please try to provide the quality services to every guest.
