I had a wonderful stay at SG Royal Portico, Haridwar. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a great place to stay whether you're visiting Haridwar for pilgrimage or leisure. The rooms were neat, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations.
What truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional hospitality of the staff, especially Atul Bhaiya. He went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. He was always available whenever I needed assistance, regularly checked in to ask if everything was fine, and was quick to resolve any concerns. His polite, friendly, and caring attitude made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued as a guest.
It's rare to come across someone so dedicated to customer service. Atul Bhaiya's professionalism and warm nature reflect very positively on the hotel. Staff members like him are the reason guests look forward to returning.
I would highly recommend SG Royal Portico to anyone visiting Haridwar. Thank you to the entire team, and a special thanks to Atul Bhaiya for making my stay so pleasant. I will definitely choose this property again whenever I visit Haridwar.

no electricicy, no food facility even for chai they will say we cannot provide as we do not have staff. they are rude like you are staying for free. you can prefer *** but not this poor hotel
