The room is absolutely nothing like what is shown in the photos. The actual room is very small, and the cleanliness is extremely poor. Moreover, the hotel is around 6–7 km away from Har Ki Pauri, which is quite far if you are visiting for sightseeing.
I would never recommend this place to anyone.

1. The room had an unpleasant smell.
2. I stayed for two nights, but no housekeeping staff came during my 2 days stay.
3. The website mentioned that water was free, but I was charged for the water bottles provided.
4. The hotel is approximately 6 km from Haridwar Railway Station, whereas the website mentions it as approximately 0.6 km. However, the location is convenient for devotees visiting Har Ki Pauri and Mansa Devi Temple.
5. We booked a Deluxe Room, but it was very average. The actual room size was much smaller than what was mentioned on the website.
6. When I ordered water to the room, the staff asked me to come to the reception and collect it myself.
Overall, everything else was fine. However, if you are visiting Haridwar for business purposes, I would not recommend this hotel.
I will suggest to agoda that, please visit this hotel, all mentioned on website is not as per actual condition.
Mainly:- delux room is a average room.

I recently visited Haridwar and booked this hotel through Agoda. The actual room provided at check-in did not match the pictures shown during booking at all. To make matters worse, the bedsheets were dirty and poorly maintained. The condition and cleanliness were far below expectations. Very disappointing and misleading experience.
