I stayed in private room. Had an amazing experience while my stay. Loved every bit of it. You will experience premium and professional service from the staff. Nice views from rooftop.

Pros: Location is a solid 10/10 — everything's nearby. The view is unreal (all three Jhulas, Ganga, and the mountains 🤌). Crowd is nice too, except on weekends.
Cons: Facilities are pretty average. Staff is mostly rude, and housekeeping is disappointing. We literally got told, "We don't have a broom, so we can't clean." 😭 Bathrooms smell, water gets clogged, and the female dorm is super cramped. Food is mostly frozen. The common area isn't maintained well, and they don't let you use the projector because it "disturbs guests"... which kinda defeats the purpose of having a common area.
Overall, it's okay if you're willing to compromise on comfort for the location and view.

I stayed here for 5 days, no room service no room cleaning even I told them 2to3 times most unprofessional staff i ever seen they tried to scammed me someone damage there table and they asked me for 8000 rupees because I talk to that person i don't know anything about that person but because I just talked to person they blame me for damage there table they take my luggage they don't let me check out even I have train the staff abuse me try to beat me and harassing me they had cctv but they didn't say anything to the person who damage there table i told them you have cctv go and complaint to the person who damage but they don't even listen and ask me for 8000 rupees or they dont give me my luggage and let me go they harassing for 2 hrs then I call the police and police help me because they don't have anything about me damage there table most unprofessional staff i ever seen there food was bad there lift not working properly. I never recommend this hostel to anyone they tried to scam you abuse you thank to police they help me.
