    The hotel looks very beautiful in pictures but it is not in actual. It has all facilities but most of them was not working. 1. Locations is fine but in description they mentioned Hari ki pauri is 750 meter which is incorrect it’s almost 4 to 5 km 2. Hotel room is good but not room and kitchen is not cleaned properly, when I checked in it was smelling very bad i asked him to spray room freshener but they ignored . Washroom is also not up to expectations. 3. Locations is fine it is in main market but far from hari ki pauri. 4. I requested staff to clean the room next day but they ignored. 5. Hotel is good but looks like old and they have not maintained it properly.

    Rooms are very old with unpleasant smell. Bathroom flush not working. No hot water all time except in the mornings. Bathrooms have some insects. Positive things are, Staff very polite and cooperative. Location of the hotel is very good. They need some immediate remake / renovations.
