This charming semi-detached house has its own fully enclosed private courtyard.
An ideal place for family or friends reunions, set off to discover the volcanoes of Auvergne.
Nearby: Brioude (Hôtel de la Dentelle, Maison du Saumon, Maison de Mandrin, basilica, many exhibitions...), the Allier valley, many hiking trails. A little further: Blesle classified as "Most beautiful village in France" 14 km away, La Chaise Dieu 50 minutes away, Vulcania 1 hour away.... All shops and services in Brioude (16km). On the ground floor: lounge area with TV and children's games, fully equipped kitchen raised by a few steps.
Upstairs on the lounge side, a bedroom with a 160 bed and its private bathroom.
Crossing the kitchen, in the right wing of the house, you will find a bedroom with 2 90 beds, as well as a mezzanine fitted with 2 90 beds, this part also has its own bathroom and private independent toilet.
For your comfort, the owner provides free sheets (beds made on arrival) and towels.
Cleaning fee extra for €60.
