House adjoining unoccupied buildings on a large open plot of land (2000 m²) on the edge of the hamlet. Very beautiful view of the wooded hills.
Nearby: Champagnac-le-Vieux 3.5 km (beach and supervised swimming, mountain bike rental, fishing, bakery), Brioude 20 km (basilica, stained glass windows, Hôtel de la Dentelle, old quarters, museum, salmon house, sports white water, weekly market, all shops and services). Ground floor: dining room-kitchen (freezer, fireplace), large living room (TV, wood stove) in an old restored stable, bathroom, toilet.
1st floor: 4 bedrooms (1 140cm bed, 1 90cm bed, 1 160cm bed, 2 90x190 bunk beds), bathroom with toilet, mezzanine with reading corner and board games.
Parking, bicycle storage.
