Located in the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Nature Park, this completely renovated cottage offers you a peaceful setting, perfect for reunions with family or friends. Surrounded by nature, you can discover many hikes and explore the Auvergne Park of Ardes-sur-Couze. Nearby, you will also find activities such as tennis and swimming in Lempdes-sur-Allagnon, as well as must-see sites such as the Romanesque church of Issoire, the Clock Tower, the Cézallier plateaus and the lakes of Godivelle.
A Comfortable and Renovated Gîte:
This gîte classified as a Heritage of Auvergne (built in 1763) is a house of all comforts, the structure of the stone building keeps the coolness in the building, completely renovated to guarantee you a pleasant experience. Located in a closed park, with a private fenced section ideal for young children, this house offers:
On the first floor:A fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, a bedroom with bed 140 (bay window not accessible, only in skylight) with private shower room and separate toilet, as well as a separate toilet with toilet and sink.
Upstairs: A bedroom with a 140 bed (1 window with opening on the rising sun side and 1 window not accessible only as a skylight for safety reasons) and private toilet, a bathroom, a bedroom with 4 beds of 90 and a separate toilet.
Outdoor Spaces and Activities:
You will appreciate the covered terrace with summer kitchen, ideal for your sunny mornings, as well as the pleasure park with shaded dining area and barbecue. The outdoor playground, located against the cottage, is perfect for children's games and other games (football, cycling and bowls). Private parking is available outside the gîte.

Accessibility:
Only the occupants declared at the time of booking are allowed to enter the estate and enjoy the structures of the cottage.
Access to the park is limited to the private section reserved for the cottage, thus ensuring your tranquility and privacy during your stay. Arrival and departure times cannot be changed for technical reasons.
- IMPORTANT NOTE
The rental is subject to an incoming and outgoing inventory of fixtures carried out imperatively by the owner and the subscriber of the rental contract and subject to a rental contract, to be returned signed to the owner upon receipt of the latter. It is also important to note that the traveller must provide a copy of the Civil Liability (RC) / Resort certificate, specifying the name of the tenant, the place and the period of stay. This certificate can be issued free of charge by your insurance. All these documents must be sent to the owner after confirming your reservation on Vrbo.
Additional Loft Option:
If necessary, or for groups of more than 8 people, an additional loft can be offered as an annex to the rental. This loft includes a bedroom with a double bed (possibility to add a cot for free), a bathroom, a separate toilet, a vestibule and a relaxation sofa. This loft is available with an additional flat fee of 40 € per night for 2 Occupants (i.e.: 20€ per occupant)
Heating included at the rate from November 1st to March 31st. Excluding dates heating option 8€ /day.
Rental is free for babies under 2 years old (not walking). Over 2 years old, children are considered as occupants and counted in the total number of people.
