About this cottage rental
Sea Esta Cottage is situated on Perran Court, a central location, close to the village amenities including table tennis table, archery, tennis court, pub and pool, but is not affected by traffic as it is on a cul-de-sac.
Newly redecorated in January 2025 and new carpets in February 2025.
Living area
Enter through the front door into the hallway with cloakroom under the stairs. To your right is a door into the well-equipped kitchen with all the appliances you would need for a self-catering holiday. There's a dining space with table, chairs and bench. The rear living space has 2 sofas, tub chair, and Smart TV with DVD player. Double patio doors lead onto the rear patio garden. We leave toys, games and DVD's for you to enjoy during your stay.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
There are 2 bedrooms upstairs. The main bedroom at the rear has a double bed, plenty of clothes storage, dressing table / mirror, and Smart TV. The second bedroom has full-size bunk beds and a full-size single bed and deep storage cupboard. Both bedrooms share the newly refitted bathroom with toilet, basin, rainfall shower over the bath with extra hand-held shower. There is also a separate downstairs toilet off the hall.
Heating
Full central heating throughout, operated remotely too so we can warm the house ready for your arrival in winter months.
Outside space
French doors from the living area open onto the sunny patio with wooden table and seating for six, and a small lawned area with hedges for privacy.
Parking
There are multiple parking bays to both the front and rear of the cottage.

Two well-behaved dogs welcome.

We do not charge for the use of our infants hire chair and travel cot. Please state your requirements when booking and they will be in the property upon your arrival. Please bring your own cot bedding.

Lovely clean and comfortable cottage . Although we didn't do any cooking it appeared to be fully equipped if we'd chose too . It had lots of little touches that made it feel like a home and the Reed fragrances gave it a beautiful scent.

My second stay at Sea Esta this year and love this little cottage. Everything you need for your stay. Perfect location for the beach and meadow for Eddy dog. He's looking forward to our return.
The bay holiday village is just perfect. We have been coming here for the last 4 or so years.

We’ve had a perfect stay at Sea Esta, it was spotless, warm, comfortable and so close to the beach. We stayed three nights and could have happily stayed longer. The Bay is quiet and everyone was really friendly. We were lucky with the weather, so spent time on the beach, and in Filey. We’ll definitely return. Thank you for sharing your lovely cottage with us !

Sea Esta is a lovely cottage, brilliant location and home from home comforts whilst being by the stunning beach and sea location.
Loved our little break away and will be back.
