About this house rental
Great location close to nightlife, coffee shops, university district, museums and outdoor activities. Beautiful tree lined neighborhood for taking walks to our nearby park. In the heart of Nob Hill near the University. We have a little of everything nearby, great for anyone! Hot Tub added
This house has been divided into a triplex. This private unit is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom quaint little space that will make you feel right at home. There is a private entrance, private front patio area, Driveway parking in the front. The shared area is the fenced back yard with firepit, grill and a new hot tub in the back.

-Grill (shared): we try to provide propane but in the instance it is empty and you have to refill we will reimburse (partial) cost as long as the tank is not empty when you leave.
-Parking: Driveway - CAUTION: you must pull in/out at an angle due to the steep curb, the city will now allow us to cut the curb. OR there is free front Street parking. take all valuables out of car, we are not responsible for any damage to vehicles while parked

An enjoyable casita, the host was pleasure to deal with, always kept us informed and answered questions. The location is very convenient and easy access. Comfortable living room and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking our breakfast as we ate out with family in the evenings. The private entry was wonderful lending a feeling of seclusion and utilizing the windows offered very good air flow, it was very comfortable during the day. Lighting in the bedroom could have been brighter, the lamps on the side table were very helpful but the overhead light on the fan would have been nicer if it was brighter. Overall a very pleasant property with a very cooperative and wonderful host, and a good price point.

This is a lovely place where we've stayed before, albeit in a different unit. The new additions (front porch and driveway) are great! Our host was welcoming and very helpful. Highly recommended!
