Great location close to nightlife, coffee shops, university district, museums and outdoor activities. Beautiful tree lined neighborhood for taking walks to our nearby park. In the heart of Nob Hill near the University. We have a little of everything nearby, great for anyone! Hot Tub added
This house has been divided into a triplex. This private unit is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom quaint little space that will make you feel right at home. There is a private entrance, private front patio area, Driveway parking in the front. The shared area is the fenced back yard with firepit, grill and a new hot tub in the back.

-Fire Pit (shared): feel free to use wood left by prior guests or buy what you need. Make sure you follow all city and house rules regarding fire pits & douse with water when done.
-Shared HOT TUB: guest agrees to follow hot tub rules detailed in the rules, guide book, posted signs.
-Grill (shared): we try to provide propane but in the instance it is empty and you have to refill we will reimburse (partial) cost as long as the tank is not empty when you leave.
-Parking: Driveway - CAUTION: you must pull in/out at an angle due to the steep curb, the city will now allow us to cut the curb. OR there is free front Street parking. take all valuables out of car, we are not responsible for any damage to vehicles while parked
