Up to date and cozy modern style 1 bedroom with living and eating space, equipped kitchen, studio size oven and stove top to whip up a meal or just enjoy your morning coffee. Refrigerator/ freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Comfy queen bed, full bathroom and luxury towels.

Free parking is located under the building in marked spaces. You can also park along the street. Please be careful of the low 6' 10" clearance. Security cameras in parking and common areas.

While we make every effort to keep it spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug, especially cockroaches. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.

The property was clean, well equipped, and adjacent to numerous restaurants and breweries. Don’t know why the evaluation shows this as a winery visit- it wasn’t. Host was very quick and helpful when a minor issue was encountered (clogged toilet), and it was handled immediately. Great value, clear instructions/communications. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The place was amazing and location was perfect! Super clean and safe. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom worked for the two of us. Visited the Albuquerque Balloon Festival. We were close to downtown and that was convenient. Fun little bars with many different types of music and food options. The freeway was close to get to everything we needed. Thank you Sean for everything!

The garage is terrible! Scraped top of car because of the top slopping down, scrapped pole also trying get from under slopping area!
Sketchy building-falling apart stairs and patio! Very nicely done on the inside. The building in other words is not going to pass any building codes!
