Modern style stay in downtown Albuquerque. Just a hop, skip and jump to a nearby mix of things to enjoy from: breweries, cafe’s, restaurants (from casual to fine dining) shops and historic libraries. Minutes from UNM, CNM main campus, Presbyterian and UNM hospitals, Isotopes stadium, Dreamstyle Pit, and much more. Walk, bike, bus or scoot around the area to enjoy

The place is near the University of New Mexico, Presbyterian, UNM and The Heart hospitals. Close to downtown.
Parking is located under the building and each space is marked.

While we make every effort to keep it spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug, especially cockroaches. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.

My work is based in NM so I stay in ABQ quite often and usually for a week at a time. So having a comfortable space is important to me. It was good stay and I had everything I needed, space to work, kitchen to cook, sunlight/patio, hot water and good location to walk to shops and lower parking for cars. Also host is very responsive, thank you!
