If you have a need to travel to the Merritt Island area I would recommend this property. The house was very comfortable to live in and well taken care of. The host was very polite and flexible with early check-in.

Check in and out was easy, property as described. Well equipped kitchen. Hot water and good water pressure for showers. There was quite a bit of sand on the couch but I found a hand held vacuum so not a big deal overall. Beds, bedding and pillows were comfortable. Well equipped for the beach and even had fishing poles available.
