Bring the entire family and have fun in this cute 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in the heart of Merritt Island! This peaceful 1,200 sq ft single-family retreat is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood and offers something for everyone to enjoy. Inside, you’ll find updated appliances (including a gas stove), a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy coastal-inspired décor that makes the home feel warm and welcoming. The open layout is perfect for gathering, cooking, and relaxing after a day of adventure.
Outside, unwind on the back patio with a cocktail as the sun sets over the canal, or slip into the private hot tub for a peaceful soak under the stars. Guests can also take the kayaks out and explore the locally famous Sykes Creek! With world-famous Cocoa Beach just 10 minutes away and Kennedy Space Center nearby, you’ll never run out of things to do. Even Disney World and Universal Studios are only about an hour away, making this the perfect home base for your Space Coast adventure!

Wildlife lovers and birdwatchers: be sure to check out nearby Banana River, a 31-mile lagoon with salt marshes, oyster beds and mangrove swamps that are home to dolphins, manatees, blue herons and more.
Getting Around:
Plenty of space for on site parking. Very close to SR528 and SR520 intersections that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly. (Orlando is less than 40 min away)
Uber and Lift are prevalent and efficient in the area as well.

Booking was easy, host was very responsive and pleasant. Location was perfect for our needs and close to the softball fields/tournament. House was clean, kitchen had everything you could possibly want/need. Only stayed one night and wish we had longer to enjoy the house/area. However, kids were able to enjoy the kayak's for about an hour before it was to dark and wrapped up the night in the hot tub. Will absolutely stay again if we find ourselves competing there again.

Nice pet friendly property. Back yard was nice, my shepherd enjoyed it. The canal brought a suprise for my wife, dolphins were feet away feeding in the morning hours. Great place to relax and the location is great, close by all you will need. Thanks enjoyed

We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and the house is in close proximity to everything. The kitchen has absolutely any utensil or small appiance that you may need to prepare a home cooked meal. To date, probably the best kitchen in any place we have stayed. Our dog was so relaxed he would even bask in the sun out in the backyard all by himself. That's a first. Usually while on vacation he requires to be glued to our side.Any time I had a question and would reach out to the owner, the response was almost immediate of which I greatly appreciate and SUPER friendly too. I never felt that I was bothering someone.

We enjoyed our stay here. A nice, quaint house perfect for our family and dogs for the week. Fenced in back yard, screened in porch and fully stocked kitchen. They even had a beach wagon available to use.
