Our Island Oasis! Tucked away at the end of a cul de sac, just minutes from historic Cocoa Beach. Tropical palms and landscape throughout. Newly renovated, including top of the line resort style pool and covered pergola, just built in 2019! Great outdoor space for entertaining or just relaxing by the pool, grilling and watching the game.

Once we walked in. We were amazed with the layout and the comfortable furniture. Such a relaxing environment outside. Unfortunately the hard winter freeze cut back on some of the greenery but it will grow back in no time

Super easy check-in. Host was very prompt texting back & forth with me on various questions.... And so nice.The TV outside died, so I reached out to Brian to let him know. They came the next morning & replaced the TV while we out for lunch.... Excellent Response!!!!!
