Easy and quick check-in, basic and straightforward check out.
The best part of the house is all of the beach supplies. Was great to not have to pack chairs, towels and beach toys ourselves, and just use the rental's supplies. Loved being able to park our car in the garage.
The beds were adequate, but uncomfortable. Ok for kids, not so much for parents or if you're elderly. Appreciated the extra bedding to utilize the pull out couch bed. Kitchen has all the basic tools needed, and a great coffee bar.
Neighborhood is a basic residential neighborhood, so be prepared to drive to everything. Bring a big enough vehicle to take advantage of the bikes, kayak, and other toys accesible from rental.

The home had many amenities available to us. Cindy was very helpful when needed. The biggest problem we had was the height of the master bed. We are in our 70’s and 80. There was a step stool, but a lower box spring would work much better. Low boy box springs are made for that purpose. And we disliked the crackling mattress pad cover. Like sleeping on plastic. Other than that, everything was perfectly fine and comfortable. A kitchen blender would be great also Thank you, we had a wonderful time going to Kennedy Space center and seeing 2 launches. Don’t miss it. Get a two day pass and the extra bus tour.
