Close to Port Canaveral & Kennedy Space Center. Perfect Summer vacation or Winter retreat or for professional short term contract workers (Space X, Boeing, Blue Origin, etc.) at the Cape. Only 40 mins from Orlando International Airport and Walt Disney World. Lots of restaurants close by.

I love the way we could walk to the beach and use there pool. Over all great time. I would come back next year but don’t allow pets.

Upon arriving, the property was exactly as expected. The photos were completely accurate. The property was lovely and the amenities were as well. The walk to the ocean was a short one and the heated adult pool was right across the way. The condo had everything you could possibly need and want. The location of the condo was within walking distance of Jetty Park, the ocean, and the Canaveral Port. For a healthy walk you could go to Cocoa Beach Pier. This property was close to everything. Loved it.

Communication with the owner was great. Walk to the beach and watch launches. Condo was recently nicely remodeled and I was able to do quite a bit of proper cooking. Walking distance to a brewery too.

Overall it was a nice place, fit the family well. Unfortunately Cocoa has an issue with Mosquitos in this area so you would be attacked as soon as you walked out the door which was awful. I had to buy 3 Mosquitos foggers to spray outside while there for a week. The master bed was big but on the harder side so it wasn't as comfortable for me. The walk to the beach was longer than most people would probably want and warranted Mosquitos as well. The host was very communicative until I asked about the Mosquitos and that was the end until I checked out and they wanted to make sure I let them know when I left so the place could get cleaned which I understood but thought they could have done better beforehand.
