Welcome to this tropical beach oasis escape, enjoy this well decorated home with handpicked beach art. Very Comfortable for 4 people with 2-bedroom 2 bath the one bedroom is a Primary Bedroom with private bath. There is room for 2 more people on the living room queen size sleeper. This home is only 2.5 Blocks to the beach which makes for short enjoyable walks to the beach. There are 2 bikes provided for the plentiful bike paths throughout the area. This home has been furnished with upgraded furniture handpicked with style and comfort in mind with the feeling of home with all the conveniences. Including free High Speed WiFi/Streaming. Fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you need to cook dinners after a day of play. Kitchen bar Island with open flow through design to the dining room with counter high table and chairs to entertain easily and also makes for convenient work space with extra counter seating. There is also a seperate desk in the 2nd Bedroom with door for privacy and meetings. On site printer available with app. After a day of play come home and relax in either bedroom with the adjustable base beds with rejuvenating queen size mattresses and memory foam toppers for extra comfort in both bedrooms, 32" Flat screen TV in each bedroom & 48" Flat screen in the living room with the ability to watch different programming on each TV. Large patio for overlooking the lovely private tropical landscaped backyard which has a grill for cooking out, hammock and 2 patio sets. Both Bedrooms have their own private door access to the large back patio area. There is also a nice front private patio with courtyard style flower and tree planters for enjoyment as well. There are beach chairs, beach umbrella and cooler provided for beach use. Washer and Dryer in house for extra convenience. You will find many games, puzzles books in the house for extra entrainment. What a location! The Atlantic Ocean with a beautiful beach, 2 rivers: Banana River, Indian River all to play, relax, fish, surf, dive, shrimp, swim, watch rocket launches from. Plentiful bike paths abound in this area, All with the excitement of Orlando theme parks and attractions about an hour's drive. Returning home to your peaceful ocean retreat and the beach. Why pay Orlando rates when you can pay less and wake up at the beach? This is a very family-oriented area with tons of options, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Miniature Golf, Bowling, Movie Theaters, Sightseeing, Shopping, Mall, Full size golf courses, Tennis Clubs, Go Carts, Piers with restaurants and bars ...too many places to list. There is also Port Canaveral with restaurants serving fresh fish, Bars, Seafood Markets, Casino Cruises or go Deep Sea Fishing on charters boats and of course watch the cruise ships coming and going. Historic Cocoa Village. Cocoa Beach Pier, Kennedy Space Center, Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge, Brevard Zoo all very convenient. So please be our guest and enjoy!

We absolutely loved this house. We stayed for 15 days and had everything we needed and more. It’s in a great location. Walking distance to the beach & Ellie Mae’s Tiki Bar. Very nice park close by along with a dog park. Very quiet neighborhood & friendly people. We loved sitting on the back patio and coffee in the morning on the front porch. It was just a great time for all of us. Definitely will go back. Thank you Karen for everything.

Karen’s place was just perfect for me! I was traveling with my elderly mother and my dogs. I specifically chose Karen’s place because as a not so young female myself, I wanted to feel secure in the neighborhood. I got that! I wanted to be within walking distance of the beach. I got that!! I needed a single level home! I got that too!!! I wanted to be near a dog park and I was! I easily walked to it every day! Did I mention the people in this area are so nice and helpful ? I also wanted a fenced in yard that I could easily let my dogs out and not be on a leash to just step outside every single time. So to say this home was perfect for me is really what it was! On top of all these features I have listed, I was so happy with the cleanliness, the supplies, the beachy fun decor, and the amazing backyard which is where I spent most of my time! Finally, I get to my communication with Karen, which could not have been more prompt, helpful or better! She took very good care of my family!

Great, peaceful location...close to everything. So pleased that it had everything we needed plus things that made the stay even more inviting, comfortable, and fun. The showers are the best!
