A stunning villa on the seaside just 50 meters from a private beach. It is located in a serene area of Ayia Thekla about 2 kilometers from Ayia Napa and Ayia Napa Waterpark, the largest on the island. It has a great private swimming pool and barbeque area , splendid gardens and the most wonderful sunsets to enjoy from your bedroom's veranda. The villa is fully equipped with all facilities. You can relax at the villa, take long walks by the seaside or visit the busy Ayia Napa or Protaras Touristic Villages. You are only a breath away from the most beautiful beaches of the island, Makronissos, Nissi beach, Landa Beach, Nissaki Beach. There are very nice fish restaurants around the area and a local supermarket.
