Really good location. Nice and quiet with a really nice outside space and perfect pool.

All recommendations! The villa is exactly as shown in the photos, fully equipped, and the villa staff are available 24/7 for anything you need. They do their best to accommodate you in every possible way.
There are no negative things, just a suggestion to add a bit more lighting in the yard and around the pool.

The property was very beautiful, spaceous and clean and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Even the cats were very friendly and cute, please, be ready to feed them if you stay in this villa. Very convenient location if you have a car, to drive to the Nissi beach and Ayia Napa very close. Villa was worth booking!

The property was in good location and the biggest asset was the pool. We really enjoyed the outdoor seating, pool, grill area. The villa had all the amenities that we needed.
We could have used more towels as there was only one towel per person.
