The apartment was well appointed with all we needed for a 5 night stay. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was great with a super shower. The towels were high-end and well laundered. The washer and dryer were also a lovely convenience. Overall, the place was worth the money and very comfortable.
The only negative was accessing the apartment as the code we were given didn’t work. We spent 2 hours on the sidewalk with our luggage in the hot sun. It took us forever to connect with VRBO’s client support as we kept getting recordings and they don’t provide an emergency number. Once we got to speak with someone our problem was rectified within 10 minutes. So our first impression was not good but things picked up considerably after that.
