As you arrive, the grandeur of The Spruces captivates with its classic architecture and tasteful antiques. Inside the original wood floors exude warmth, inviting you to explore.
The heart of the home is the newly renovated kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances sleek countertops and fresh flooring—an ideal space for preparing family meals. Picture gathering around the large dining room table, sharing stories and laughter. The cozy living room with its sweeping ocean views offers a perfect backdrop for relaxation, whether you're curling up with a book or watching boats glide by.
On the first floor, a spacious queen bedroom includes a private balcony overlooking the shimmering waters perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening sunsets. The newly renovated full bathroom features an oversized walk-in shower, adding comfort to your stay.
Ascending the grand staircase, you'll find four additional bedrooms on the second floor. One queen room boasts stunning views, another queen bedroom has views over the garden, while there are two more rooms - each with two cozy twin-bed rooms, perfect for children or extra guests. A shared full bathroom with a classic clawfoot tub and a convenient laundry room complete this level.

Our stay at The Spruces was magical. Lots of space to relax and enjoy a beautiful home -- especially sitting on the front porch breathing the ocean air. Perfect location and Tides to Pines - Jen - was a great communicator. I am sure you will love The Spruces.

Our stay at the Spruces was excellent. The house was clean when we arrived, as described/depicted, and very well set up (kitchen tools, bedding, extra seating etc.) We did not need to have a lot of communication with the rental office, but when we did it was easy and clear. It was a wonderful place to spend the week with our whole family, comfortable and able to accommodate everyone in one place. We love Owls Head and have visited many times; this was another wonderful trip and a great place to stay.

This is beautiful, family home and the perfect place to enjoy all that the midcoast has to offer. Owners have set up an inviting and yet functional, not over-done set-up that makes it feel easy and comfortable to gather for family dinners, enjoy drinks on the porch and the kids loved playing in the ample front and back yards as well as being able to walk to a beautiful beach. Views are outstanding. A peaceful, quiet property that is simultaneously accessible to lots of places to explore in nature and in the local community.
