The heart of the home is the newly renovated kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances sleek countertops and fresh flooring—an ideal space for preparing family meals. Picture gathering around the large dining room table, sharing stories and laughter. The cozy living room with its sweeping ocean views offers a perfect backdrop for relaxation, whether you're curling up with a book or watching boats glide by.
On the first floor, a spacious queen bedroom includes a private balcony overlooking the shimmering waters perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening sunsets. The newly renovated full bathroom features an oversized walk-in shower, adding comfort to your stay.
Ascending the grand staircase, you'll find four additional bedrooms on the second floor. One queen room boasts stunning views, another queen bedroom has views over the garden, while there are two more rooms - each with two cozy twin-bed rooms, perfect for children or extra guests. A shared full bathroom with a classic clawfoot tub and a convenient laundry room complete this level.

Our stay at The Spruces was magical. Lots of space to relax and enjoy a beautiful home -- especially sitting on the front porch breathing the ocean air. Perfect location and Tides to Pines - Jen - was a great communicator. I am sure you will love The Spruces.

Our stay at the Spruces was excellent. The house was clean when we arrived, as described/depicted, and very well set up (kitchen tools, bedding, extra seating etc.) We did not need to have a lot of communication with the rental office, but when we did it was easy and clear. It was a wonderful place to spend the week with our whole family, comfortable and able to accommodate everyone in one place. We love Owls Head and have visited many times; this was another wonderful trip and a great place to stay.

We rented this house so we could enjoy a vacation with our daughter and her boyfriend, our son and DIL and 3 grandchildren, ages 5, 3 and 18 months. There were plenty of bedrooms and baths for us to all spread out. The 1st floor master and downstairs bathroom are amazing. The other bedrooms and bath I’m told were very comfortable. We did a lot of cooking here and the kitchen was well supplied with essentials. I don’t think the pictures do justice to the sweeping views. I loved sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee in the early morning and just let the quiet and calmness, the ocean sounds and smells permeate my entire being…and then the 3 grandchildren wake up, come out and join and create a whole different appreciation and gratitude! I can’t wait to come back, this is one of the better houses I’ve rented mid-coast in 20 years…and I’ve rented a lot!!
