Welcome to your Coastal Maine Retreat! Nestled on five private acres along the Owls Head and Rockland border, our home is a beautifully restored 1800 Victorian Manor. We’re thrilled to host you in a space that pairs timeless architecture with modern ease. Enjoy serene water views right from the property, with the vibrant South End dining scene and marina just a short distance from your front door.
*INGROUND POOL is currently under renovation and NOT available for use at this time*
Downstairs Living Space: Watch TV, play games, or just relax in the William Morris parlor, featuring period-accurate design and timeless sophistication. Sip your morning coffee or enjoy an evening cocktail in the solarium which floods the space with natural light and offers tranquil views of the outdoors.
Downstairs Kitchen: The timeless kitchen is a cook’s dream, marrying original 1900 architectural charm with modern, convenience. Beadboard cabinetry and a beautiful, authentic vintage wood stove provide a cozy, historic backdrop to a fully utilitarian space.

Designed specifically with discerning adult groups and families in mind, our bedding configuration ensures everyone enjoys a first-class stay—no "kids' rooms" or cramped quarters here:
Bedroom 1: Master Suite with King Bed
Bedroom 2: Guest Suite with King Bed
Bedroom 3: Cozy Room with Queen Bed
Bedroom 4: Guest Suite with King Bed and ensuite balcony
Bedroom 5: First Floor Guest Suite with King Bed
THE OUTDOORS:
Outside, your private oasis awaits. The property is nestled within five serene acres with a mix of manicured lawns and mature woodlands, offering seclusion and privacy.
THE PORCH: Relax on the classic wraparound Victorian porch, where you can catch the ocean breeze and gaze at the boats and ferries tracking across Rockland Harbor.
The Pool: ***Currently under renovation and not available for use***
Guests will have exclusive, private access to the entire 5-bedroom property. Self-check-in is seamless via a secure smart lock.
**Spaces not available for guest use are clearly marked with 'No Access and/or Keep Out Signs'
Guest DO NOT have access to any of the exterior buildings, like the garage, barn or shed.
**We believe in guest-led interaction. Your privacy is our top priority, and we will completely leave you to your peace and quiet. Should you need anything, we are available via the app and happy to help!
**The ornate early 20th century wood stove in the kitchen is for display purposes only and NOT for usage.
