Incredibly well stocked condo which made the trip very comfortable. The condo was very clean, quiet and had a lot of amenities. It was very convenient to have a dedicated parking spot in the back of the condo, the parking is tight but our rental car was a small/compact SUV and I was able to park it just fine. Really enjoyed staying here and would book this location again if I am ever back in Seattle.

Our stay here was great. Easy access, very clean and vibe was modern and comfortable. That said, home layout is strange - living room is tiny and couch cushions don’t match sofa - doesn’t invite hanging out there. Kitchen well-equipped (there’s a Kitchen-Aid stand mixer!!) but only dining option is right in the small kitchen space. No WC on “living” floor. Bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. Feels like designed for working roommates who have no interaction. Conveniently located for us between University Village amenities and family in Matthew’s Beach. Would be a good option too for people who need access Seattle Children’s Hospital. Beds are very firm, which I wanted to hate, but I actually slept really really well. I may need to rethink my preferences!
