The home is designed for convenient single-level living with 2 comfortable bedrooms, one shared bathroom, and a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. This home has been recently renovated to include refinished oak floors, fresh bright colors, local Pacific Northwest art, and new furnishings. Soak up the Seattle sun in the garden oasis the home provides!

Situated about seven miles from the center of Downtown Seattle, this home is in the Hawthorne Hills neighborhood. Known for being near one of Seattle’s largest parks (Warren G. Magnuson Park), this residential neighborhood has the best views overlooking mountains, water, and the Seattle city skyline!

- Husky stadium is a 5 min drive away! Take a quick ride in the 65 bus to Husky.
- Seattle Children's Hospital is a 12 min walk away, or a 3-4 min drive in car!

This home is only one block away from the 65 bus route which goes to and from the UW light rail station. It is about 30 minutes away from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport and only a half a mile from a Zip Car station. The home has easy access to public Seattle public transportation.

The bathroom tiles feature a rustic, weathered design that may appear aged or stained at first glance—but rest assured, they are clean and part of the intended style. We’ve chosen this look to add character and a natural finish to the space, though we understand it may be mistaken for wear. The tiles are thoroughly cleaned between every stay for your comfort and peace of mind.

* Parking Notes: There is free parking for two (2) vehicles. There is parking for one vehicle in the driveway. Street parking is available if you have an additional vehicle.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
« You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
« You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed and signed the property rental agreement.
- Quite hours: from 10pm-8am

- No shoes inside the house please

- No parties, events, or large gatherings

- No unauthorized guest: Guests who are not listed on the reservation are
considered unauthorized guests and will be charged $150 per night.

- Guests staying for more than 30 days must agree to sign a formal lease agreement.

- Complaints from neighbors for any disturbance or noise will lead to removal of guests from the property without a refund.

- No smoking: If evidence of smoking is found in the house or anywhere in the premises of the house, guest will be loose the $500 damage deposit for breaking our no smoking policy.

- Breaking the house rules or any damage to the property or furnishings may cost you the deposit and we may enter the house (including police or legal action) for necessary corrective/preventive actions.

- The owners/managers reserve the right to enter the premises to make repairs/maintenance or in case of an emergency.

Fireplace didn’t work, no paper towels, lacked basic condiments and front and backyard needs grooming. Backyard fence broken and missing a large section so would not be safe for young children until repairs completed. Interior of home needs repainted. Washer, dryer & dishwasher worked well. Owner is extremely cooperative, friendly and responsive to texts. Good location, close to market and only 10 minutes to UW.

The house was perfect for my daughter and I who were in town doing college tours. Having a driveway to park in was really helpful. The house was cute and clean. The trees in the yard were in bloom and beautiful. Could use a bit of sprucing up, in the bathroom. One thing was that when we got there, we did not see any instructions which would have been helpful give there are separate heating units in each bedroom, a fireplace, the tv, etc. However, on the last day of our trip, I was looking through the bookcase and came upon an instruction manual for the house, that was put in the bookcase in a place you would not likely find it if you were not looking there. Having it on the coffee or dining room table would have been nice.

Description of home and patio very overrated.Excellent location and floor plan, but lack of general cleanliness a definite issue and poor considering the 'Cleaning Charges' in the rental.
